Why do I find it so hard to believe that some people are nasty. If somebody does something rude or nasty or horrible to me I immediately think it's my fault they have done it. I know in my head that there are some people who are plain nasty because I am a 31 year old woman and Im aware of the fact that there are murderers and rapists and peadophiles etc but for some reason I have this resistance to believing that when people are rude or horrible to me that it's not because I made them be like that!!!!!

It's a good quality to have and it isn't your fault that some people are rude. They need to sort their own problems out and it certainly wasn't you that caused them, so don't worry.
