i dont know if its a violent act but i always get 1 from when i went drinking on top of this abandoned buildng with 2 mates
there was lots of babrbwire put up blocking th entrance to the stairs but we got through even after being warned about how unstable ,the buliding was was due for demolition, but we went up anyway it must have been 100ft tall and i was sitting on the rooftops edge i vividly remember looking down over the side and imagineing falling or jumping off,but over the last few years i get this flashback all most exactly of that scene except i fall backwards off the edge and seem to get all the emotions you would get if this happened to you if you fell from a 100 ft building and i have actually fallen over after ive gotten this flashback but recently when i get the feeling like im going to get this memory or false memory ive started to do stupid things like shout K.yourself or shut the fuck up untill the thought goes away it depends on what im doing at the time really.i dont know if thats ocd but its a disturbing thought i get from time to time

The violent thoughts are some of my worst. They happen all of the time for me. Usually they involve knives or being violently attacked by someone. Other times they could be about the pencil I'm holding stabbing me in the eye or of the car I'm riding in crashing. They can involve anything around me.
I'm not on Lamictal though.
