Hi I'm new here, but I frequent other social anxiety/phobia websites/message boards.

I'm 24, Male from Berkshire, United Kingdom, and have suffered from Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia and Depression for around 5 years.

I'm currently on medication and looking to receive therapy soon.

I would like to try and get out more and socialize and hopefully make some friends as a way to challenge my fears.
