i am 28 years old and i have been living with panic attacks since i was 19 i remeber when i got my very first one like it was yesterday it was a few days after finding out my dad had lung cancer i went to count less doctors had count less test with no foundings and about 30 tripps to er's .i was at my end i was in a werid way hoping they find anything just so i would know i was not crazy after going thru it and stayin in the house for almost a year yes almost a year,i found a website online with a woman telling her story i was like oh my god i have pain attacks!i started to read up and soon started to get better and then better and no pain attack for 4 years!THEN IN JULY OF 06 I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGENT AND THE FATHER OF MY CHILD AND THE MAN I HAD BEEN WITH FOR 2 YEARS DIED.I MEAN I WAS SO HURT THEN THE SLOWLY I STARTED IN THE CYCLE AGAIN LITTLE THINGS AT FIRST LIKE NOT GOING OUT AT NIGHT CAUSE I FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO HAVE A ATTACK THEN THE DIZZY SPELLS STARTED I STOP DRIVING ALTOGETHER I HAVE NOT DROVE MY CAR IN OVER A YEAR.I WONT GOT TO CLUBS MALLS ANYTHING NORMAL PEOPLE MY AGE DO I FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING CONTROL EVERYDAY IS A STRUGGLE.I AM SCARED TO TAKE MEDS THE HEART DOCTOR I WENT TO SEE IN DEC BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD HEART FAILURE GAVE ME XANX HOPE I SPELLED IT RIGHT BUT I AM SCARED IF I TAKE IT MY HEART WILL STOP I DONT KNO WANT ELSE TO DO I SIT IN MY ROOM AND LAY IN THE BED ALDAY. I understand what your going through ive been there to your situation been to hospital many times and done many test as usual im 100% healthy (i always thank god).I have lots of fears i think to much many negative thoughts,but now im coping it up "no one can help us except ourselves" just put this in your mind "que sera sera" meaning what will happen will happen even if we dont want to happen.Our problem is only psychological i know its hard the worst part is our enemy is ourselves.Just dont think to much when attack is starting think of happy moments and always be calm relax yourself just trust god..Believe me nothing will happen.

i am really sorry to hear about your loss
i know its hard now, but time heals all wounds...and you will be with him again in the afterlife...
you have to be strong for your baby. try and find someone that is supportive of you....a good friend maybe...and the xanax wont make your heart stop....that is nonsense. thousands of people take xanax and pills like xanax a day.....do a google search to see how many peoples hearts have stopped on xanax....you wont find ANY cases.
