I ahve realized that it would be beneficial to see a psychologist, or a psychiatrist. But i don't know how to get one. I am in the united states, and I have health insurance, but i have no primary care physician, and i am going to swtizerland for a long time in 4 days. what does anyone recommend?

what is healthcare like in Switzerland

IŽd recommend first to read "The Road Less Travelled" from M. S. Peck. It is a bestseller btw. and very interesting. There are also advices on how to choose a good psychotherapist. You can take it to Switzerland and go to a psychologist back home.
