Hi i'm 18 and i think i have had social phobia for 4 years it all started with bullying from secondary school. looking at the forum i think i've finally found people who feel the same as me i always felt that i was somehow the only person to feel like this but i am glad i have found other people and that in itself has given me confidence. I think the worst thing is the feeling of loneliness and that your wasting your life away. Anyway I am really determined to beat this and I wan't to be right for university which i will be starting in a couple of months. I don't really have that many friends and am looking for more especially ones that feel the same way so if your interested i'm here.
