See, I've been bullied for 3 years now. I'm.. so angry at myself for letting it happen and so angry at the people who bullied me. I don't want to be. I want to forget it or at least not let it affect me- both now and when I grow up. Especially when I grow up.
So I'm asking for advice all of you adults who have gotten over bullying and haven't let it affect their lives after school. How did you do it? What should I do?
I have been bullied before & know how it feels.
You just need to move on with your life & don't give them the satisfaction of knowing it affected you.
Find new interests, try & be confident in whatever you do with your life, make something of yourself.
Be safe in the knowledge that what goes around comes around & they will get their just desserts, I have seen this happen many times before.
I was bullied a bit when I was a child. It hasn't happened to me recently, I suppose because I stopped caring what those bullies thought long ago.
I think if someone's harrassing you, you should tell politely and firmly tell them not to harrass you anymore. If that doesn't work, threaten to file a complaint against them. If all else fails, threaten legal action. You don't have to let anyone push you around. If they mess with you, screw them over.
anonymousgirl has the only reply that can possibly work, most of the rest will usualy make it worse. Somtimes calling the police could work, but not always, could not be evidence of it or somthing. Then your screwed more, bully and his friends will come jump you and beat you down. But that is still the only POSSIBLE answer. Usualy if you ignore them, its called a fist and they put it in your face(nowaday bullys, you old ppl cant talk here=)).
The only, near fullproof plan, isnt such a good plan. Anybody heard of Columbine? Why im saying this is because bullying is to bad, sombody has to do somthing about it. Things like Columbine is literaly the only way to stop it in most cases. Im honestly glad, i had a smile on my face when I watched stuff about it on history channel. Finally a little payback. Sure its bad, stopping the bullying in the first place is better, but its impossible. I wont say i never thought about it, but i never would do it, cuz it dont affect me anymore.
WAIT! Drop out, thats the 2nd way to end it. The first way, usualy ends your life literaly, second one will sorta end it, until you go back or get GED. I WISH I COULD DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO. I HAVE A FEELING IN 15 YEARS IT WILL SLOW DOWN ALOT. WITH WHO KNOWS, HUNDREDS OF SCHOOL SHOOTINGS A YEAR IN THE FUTURE, WHAT BULLY WOULD RISK IT?
Bullies are really cowards and low lives. I don't know who your enemies are but if they are still bullying you and are in your way regularly then try to build confidence or seek help to confront them.
