havent made a phone call for about half a year. I used to go red too and have this strange voice that i just cant explain, like iam on drugs or somethin
keep laughing, for real. remember, going red isn't the problem - it's how much you care about it. the same seems to be true for anxiety - anxieety aint the problem, it's how much attention you give it
never sweat the small stuff bro... and if you're laughing you're doing fine on the road to recovery

I'm so nervous on the phone it's ridiculous, my face goes red and I tense up and my mind goes blank all the time. That's why I hate calling to make appointments or answering the phone for any reason. I hate phones!
