maybe. the only way to be absolutely sure is to talk to a professional. just remember that OCD is a label, and labels are used (most of the time) to instill fear. that's why i don't go around saying 'i have 'social anxiety', but rather 'i get anxious in social situations sometimes'. the wording can make your situation seem a lot worse than it really is.
It might be something connected to OCD. I think things like that usually are according to the doctors, but I'm not sure doctors really know. Therapy can help if you really can't stop. Jellybeans was just warning you to avoid labels (very true), not that you don't have a problem.
