I just discovered I have OCD after reading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OCD website. Little about me is I think I got it after I was in a incident years ago. Since then I've had weird obsessions to control my intrusive thoughts. The incident I was in was back in Sept. 11, 2001 in NYC where I worked in 1 WTC. I've made a real mess of my life since then from what I know why now. Wish someone told me maybe I would not have been so distructive all these years. Anyones thoughts are welcomed. O_O That's terrible! I can see anyone getting bad anxiety after that. Since you know what's wrong, you should go to a doctor and find a way to fix this. OCD is well-known and treatable. Though I'm sure it won't be easy, it's better than getting worse and worse. You should also look into extra help, possibly with money, because of what started you off.

Thanks for the reply... At first they told me I had PSD, but it's been so long now and I been on so much meds that it's been a rollercoaster ride. I'm going to try what you suggested and I'm glad I found a place where others understand this problem.
