I todae managed to get myself on a bus.. which i have not done for yrs.Luckily the bus is quite empty and i was sitting at the end that helps alot.I took lorazepam b4 i got on the bus.. did help abit.But i guess if the bus is full of pple..nothing will help me.Just seen my doc ,and now changing the 3th time medication.FIrst was haloperidol ,then chlorpromazine ,then stellazine and now sulpiride ..hope it works .Cos other medicine not so cheap.For depression i was given prozac and artane for side effects~

Congratulations although I don't really believe the "face your fears they will go away" theory, I think that if the first time is a semigood memory it'll get easier and easier
Well done,i cant get on bus's my self,who else is on medication? as of yet i have had nothing just wondering if thats normal? well last year i had anti depressants for a month,didnt help me none.
