Hello everyone, Im sort of new here so sorry if i am making a double post.

I am currently 17 years old and suffer from HH. Excessive sweating and coldness of the hands and feet. Infact i dont remember a time where my hands werent ice cold and sweating. My question is: Do any of these non surgical methods such as Iontophoresis (Fischer® Unit) / MD-1a , Drionic
, and anything else that work for sweating also work for cold hands? if that didnt make sense what im trying to say is are there any methods other than ETS and botox that will help for my cold and sweaty hands? Thank you very much.

It's funny my mum always comments on how cold my hands are but I actually prefer them that way whenever they are cold. Hot hands make me uncomfortable and anxious I might start sweating Embarassed

Of what you mentioned I have used iontophoresis which has been quite successul stopping palmar and plantar sweat but it didn't have any effect on the temperature of my hands.

All I can suggest is you rub your hands together.. lol. I don't think it's a big deal compared with the sweat.

i get ice cold hands that turn blue and my finger tips go numb and get sweaty. But i was diagnosed with something called Primary Raynauds Phenomenon, which is basically cold hands and feet.

Is it only your hands that are cold and not your body also because people who have cold hands and feet and/or bodies could be suffering from a circulatory disease or be anemic.

Anything below 72 on the A/C unit and my hands turn pale and my fingertips blue.

My hands stay cold...I also have contact dermatitis on my hand(just my right one), or at least that's what the dermatologist called it...it's only in the winter time though. I have to keep lots of lotion on it, or else it gets so dry that it hurts and bleeds...so obviously that's caused from the coldness of my hands too...I don't understand why it's just the right hand though.
