It's been hot in the UK these last 2 days (well in the South anyway). These last 2 days at work have gone badly for me. Most of the day I couldn't cool down at all, my mind have been plagued by racing and reoccuring thoughts, and I've to started to double check what work I've done, and still doubt myself and want to check it again.

I'll scream if I see another weather presenter making out how wonder it is to have these hot temperatures. It's just not nice when you have to work on the top floor, there is no lift or air conditioning, and you're running around all day. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

So is it me, or does the hot weather make SP/ GAD worse?

Well I'm glad it's so much cooler today. Cool Cool

Guess my point is that during hot weather, I find myself in a catch 22 situation. I perspire a lot more on my face. This results in my anxiety level increasing, which in turn makes me perspire even more, which increases my anxiety even further, and so on.

Summer can be a bitch huh? Rolling Eyes

Whats annoying for me is that all the girls are walking around my uni semi naked and I feel incredibly uncomfortable when I see them, everywhere I look I feel as if I'm ogling them. I know I know its hot and they can wear what they want, its such a silly complaint, but yet another thing that bugs me about summer. Cool
