The Secure pads are all the same basically but in different strengths. So some will contain a higher concentration of glycopyrrolate than others.
Go for whichever one you think will work best depending on how bad your sweating is. If you have sensitive skin maybe you should try a low concentration.

do they do skin dry, Pinker? cos my skin became really dry when I tried dri on it
