I had a panic attack i think a while back. I was drinking with some friends.... later in the night i guess i started freaking out, i couldn't stop saying the same sentence over and over again, im not sure what it was, im not even sure if it was a panic attack.

Anyhow, you should not worry too much about it, as long as it doesn't happen too often. Probably a bit too much drink, and that's all.
