Hi Everyone,

Just a short note to say hello and introduce myself. I'm 29 and live in Australia and suffer from anxiety/panic attacks.

I guess I joined to learn some more and find some people to talk to who understand how I feel and what I am going through instead of the usual 'oh you're fine get over it' consensus.

I look forward to talking with you and sharing experiences and hopefully offering some sort of support.

Its a good site this is.
I get that 'oh you're fine get over it' all the time but people just dont seem to realise.
I guess thats a good thing about this website as we know what you are going through.
