I was just surfing and came across this Web site. I'm not sure if you all have heard about it, but there's a new online class out there called 'Goodbye to Shy.' It looks interesting and has some great reviews. I'm giving the link if you want to check it out:

It does sound like a helpful class, but usually you find same info about shyness at any local library or website for shyness. So, I see no point enrolling into a class to help my shyness. Wink

Having an online class may not be very productive for some shy people. Since it's all online then they aren't really forced to interact with people face to face... wouldn't that be an important factor in terms of dealing with and/or overcoming shyness?
