School is hell for a social phobic. I remember one cocky kid who was in my class who came up to me at break time with his friends and he was trying to get me to talk to diss me o'r something, anyway i froze and just stood there saying nothing and he turned to his friends and laughed saying ''He never talks he just looks at you!''....Asshole, anyway i got the last laugh when he cried like a baby when we had the bcg jab in school!
Even some of the teachers were assholes and liked to show me up because it probably made them feel superior. There was one teacher in particular; One of the sports teachers. He was calling out our names and he pretended that he hadn't heard my answer of ''Here sir!'' and he kept shouting over and over because he knew that i could not raise my voice because of my shyness. I hate that bastard to this very day.
Sorry you had to put up with that. It's bad enough for students to be bullies but the teacher should act like an adult.

Jees, what a twat!
Makes me wonder why he became a teacher if he likes picking on the students so much

At school I never had the confidence in my work to submit it or put my hand up in class. I would always assume I'd done it all wrong and would look like an idiot by writing or saying the wrong thing.
Everyone thought I was lazy.
Although by never giving any answer; I'd never know if it was right or not.
I also can't stand people watching me as I write or eat as I feel they're scrutinizing my every movement.
I don't think people are educated enough about this subject and make assumptions about people who are phobic.
This sucks.
