Got IBS and Agoraphobia?

I don't think I have IBS but I am afraid to ride in cars with people for fear that I will have to go to the bathroom and not make it. It has gotten so bad that I won't even get in cars with people. Confused

Hi Im new! I was looking around and stumbled on this thread.

I can relate to the fear of not making it to the bathroom in time, unfortunately thats my entire dilemma. I fear having and accident in public and its gradually esculated, and now its made me house bound. So in order to avoid the embarrasment, ive stopped going out completely. I thought I was the only person who could grasp the problem until now. Im 22 and have been like this for 6 years now, I was wondering whether anyone had a bit of advice. Sad
