Have started at a gym and been going three mornings a week for the past month or so. I'm finding it definitely helps with anxiety, especially when you push yourself to the point of exhaustion on the treadmill. Get there and run for about 10 mins, weights for about 40 mins then run again at the end until i'm almost dead. I find for the rest of the day i'm less likely to have anxidety symptoms cos i've used up so much adrenaline. So i recommend a hard cardio session to anyone with anxiety.
I do exercise for health these days not to lose weight but the exact opposite actually as when I've stayed indoors for a long time I end up underweight and I used to be on a perfect level, and you probably can't see the logic in that though if you look at it like a lack of exercise doesn't get you circulating and getting your nutrients in properly it does make sense.
Not only that I also worry that having physical symptoms and emotional/mental health dysfunction that one day s.th dangerous of an illness can happen all of a sudden and it looks like I'm sort of achieving what I have tried to do.
