That is how i feel too. Or I would read, or play music (to myself of course) or other solitary things. I find like no joy in going out anymore. I have heard that it is a symptom of depression, but I tick a lot of the other boxes anyway
Oh, and it took a lot of courage to post on the internet, i have only been posting on forums for about a month, before then i would just read, wondering how people managed it. Then i found this site, and thought eh, what the heck?!
