rems 'near wild heaven' is one of the happiest songs ive ever heard and one of my top100 songs, but its lyrics are rather unhappy, strange..
I think ive always been near to this wild heaven, and sps always been obstacle to it.

I'm listening to Opeth 'Ghost Reveries', it's awesome but not exactly up-beat Smile Still, I love it !

The Seeker by The Who

I've looked under chairs
I've looked under tables
I've tried to find the key
To fifty million fables

chorus:
They call me The Seeker
I've been searching low and high
I won't get to get what I'm after
Till the day I die

I asked Bobby Dylan
I asked The Beatles
I asked Timothy Leary
But he couldn't help me either

chorus

People tend to hate me
'Cause I never smile
As I ransack their homes
They want to shake my hand

Focusing on nowhere
Investigating miles
I'm a seeker
I'm a really desperate man

I won't get to get what I'm after
Till the day I die

I learned how to raise my voice in anger
Yeah, but look at my face, ain't this a smile?
I'm happy when life's good
And when it's bad I cry
I've got values but I don't know how or why

I'm looking for me
You're looking for you
We're looking in at each other
And we don't know what to do

chorus

This song inspires me and makes me feel good.

Used to sit and worry about the future
Worrying about the future don’t change the past
Used to think that tomorrow would be better
But now I know that I’m doing the best I can
I’m just a man trying to find the reasons why I stand
Took some time to realize that I am what I am
And I wanna be rich, I wanna be happy
And live inside a love that shines bright enough to last a lifetime
I wanna be rich more than a fantasy
Ride the winds and climb, cause it’s all a state of mind

Wake up in the morning and I turn the pages
Don’t understand what’s going down
Everybody’s acting so outrageous
It’s gonna take a lot of love to turn things around
I’m just a man trying to find the reasons why I stand
Took some time to realize that I am what I am
And I wanna be rich, I wanna be happy
And live inside a love that shines bright enough to last a lifetime
I wanna be rich, more than a fantasy
Ride the winds and climb cause it’s all a state of mind

Hear people talk about going to heaven
Grab a little bit of heaven right here on earth
Troubled times lead to healing times
I was sad now I’m feeling fine
It’s the taking and the giving that makes this life worth living,
Makes this life worth living
I wanna be rich, I wanna be happy
And live inside a love that shines bright enough to last a lifetime
I wanna be rich, more than a fantasy
Ride the winds and fly,
Spread your wings and fly
Cause its all a state of mind

Ride the winds and climb,
Spread your wings and fly
Cause its all a state of mind
