Here is a section taken from the site.

"Mediocre results were obtained with the conventional methods, and only against mild forms of hyperhidrosis, whereas the use of products containing Rhus coriaria L. extract neutralised excessive sweating, even in the more serious and lengthy forms of hyperhidrosis, at the same time maintaining the normal perspiration necessary to ensure correct body temperature regulation, and preventing the formation of unpleasant odours.

The use of products containing Rhus coriaria L. extract to treat hyperhidrosis even proved superior to surgical treatment, and has none of its side effects (compensatory hyperhidrosis)."

I read about rhus coriaria a few days ago on a different forum, but i am a little confused about how it works. Do you apply it topically or ingest it for it to work? Also, I have not been able to find the extract anywhere online.

On Amazon it says you have to drink 10-20 drops 2-3 times a day.

I hope so much this will work!
If anyone is trying this, please let us know how it works for you!:)

I would definitely like to try this, I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Also, did it say anywhere how long the results last? Would you have to use it everyday?

Hi guys, I really hope this is something that will help us. That 2013 paper read so promisingly. I'm going to order some of the tincture and the spray now. I live in London and noticed that the supplier is based in the north of England so hopefully I should get it by the weekend. I will keep everyone updated!

Sequence, Yes please keep us updated of your results. I really do hope this works. Fruit, According to the paper you have to apply it topically not drink it. Aloe Vera helps with the absorption.

Hi fruit, yes I will. Of course xtv89x, I wouldn't have known about this if it wasn't for you! I'm having a problem making my order so I've sent an email off to them and will hopefully have completed the order by tomorrow evening. With that in mind I probably won't get the products until Monday. So I'll be back when I do.

Hi mate, it actually came in the post this morning. I'll try it out in a bit and will do so everyday. I'll post an update by the end of the weekend. It's probably too early to know anything by then but I'm willing to try it for at least a couple of months.

So I've been trying this for a few days and I can't say I've experienced any reduction in sweating. I've hardly been out this weekend as it's been very warm here- nearly 30 degrees yesterday. I'm still sweating as normal sitting in my flat :(

I'll keep at it and see if anything comes and will update if i notice any changes.

@sequence, I'm so sorry to read that. Hopefully it just needs more time!
How do you use it? Do you apply it topically?
