anyone who may have any advice on the subject, by all means... why do guys (in my case) take a while to respond, whether it may be through email or phone calls. wouldn;t it be easier to say you're not interested as oppose to leaving someone hanging?

hey guys, i started getting panic attacks about a year ago. I am wondering if there is anybody else out there who finds that they experience it more in the morning, first thing after waking up? Also, when I drive, i feel like I am so trapped.... Any tips and responsed would help.. Thanks!
