im not sure if i have sd or just plain being nervous. i dont have much physical symptoms other than the normal..heart pounding,leg shaking and insomnia..but i have those cognitive symptoms.

is stage fright and sd same or different? i dont know if i have sd. its taking over me, im about to fail college due to me missing presentations! even with simple meeting of lecture freaks me out. :(

is there a difference in stage fright and sd? im not sure if i have sd.but it definately interfears with my daily life..to a point where im about to fail college because i miss presentations.. :(

how to not let this affect me? presentations really freak me out, yet presentations are common in my line of profession (designer). im on the verge of failing college because ive missed my presentations.. :(
