I think a lot of us feel the same way. Much of what you said definitely echoes with me.

Be sure to tell your therapist you have trouble expressing yourself, but that you think it's important to address your problems with communication. Make notes if need be, your doctor will probably be proud of your initiative.

Try not to berate yourself for feeling this way, nobody chooses to have social phobia.

I, as Im sure many on here, definitely relate to how you feel..

I agree with what FountainandFairfax said about writing notes, sometimes when I couldnt get my thoughts together I would write down the random ones that would come to me and compile a list of sorts to give to my therapist.
