[Self-Help] How to speak to people and actually look them in the face

Hey,
I'm new here but have been reading this forum for some time now though.
I'm almost 20 years old student, successful at university, pretty good-looking too IMO.

I had SA for quite some time in my life but now things are getting better. I am still depressed from time to time - especially when I have to live in student campus where I feel like I don't belong.
So now I'm rather driving 50km to Faculty than living there.

The thing that bothers me the most is talking to most of the people. Let it be professor, new classmate, neighbour... I simply can't look at them for more than 5 seconds because then I start thinking that they think I stare at them too much or that I have a weird face.

To be even more painful I know the solution for this - I should concentrate on what they say and not think about other things. But it's so hard to do that.

So, has anyone went through this and can hand me (us) some tips or a audio/video theraphy session title or anything else?
Should I go to local SA self-help club (course) just because of this? Or what the **** am I supposed to do cause i'm sick of this shit blocking my life so I could live fully ::(:

Btw, English is not my primary language therefore I apologize for any mistake (but not for swearing ).
