SHOULD I QUIT THIS JOB? yES OR NO?

I have only worked like a week and 2 days and the manager is an as.shole. I mean he first started picking on me for no damn reason. I would be talking to a customer and he comes out of nowhere and interupts and sometimes someone askes me the price and before i can say it, he comes and say oh ITS 30!!!!!!!!!!. Now he is also picking on my coworker but he picks more on me. He started saying that i need to pay attention and blahblah its like wtf, i take care of customers, i put the clothes in order and inside of me i feel like i am doing a good job until he comes and makes me feel like sh.it. Today i wanted to cry, my coworker and i were sitting down in this thing because there was no customer...they were in the stadium watching the game so he started talkin sh.it. He starts saying this is a business and like i ask the customer if they need help and they say no no and i guess he expects me to be down their throat and he gets mad when he doesn't get enough ppl. THen one of the customers comes to me and says i hate that guy, is he the owner i am like YEAH!!. I need the money badly but i can't keep up with someone treating me like shyt and embarassing me infront of the customers.'

I WORKED FOR 2 DAYS AND MADE 100 DOLLARS.

I think you should really try and stick with it. You said you felt like you were doing a good job and it is only this one person you are having a hard time with so i don't think you should quit just because of this person. The fact that he is also picking on your co worker suggests that you are probably not the problem and more than likely this guy is just on a power trip, criticising others to make himself feel big.
You haven't been there long so i think you should stick it out and maybe the guy will get over himself and realise you are doing a good job. If he can't see that well then just try to not let it get to you. I find with people i don't like or are acting like shitheads i have a lot less respect for them and therefore i don't care so much what they think. It is his problem not yours.
If you stick it out i think it will make you feel like better about yourself rather than quitting so soon.

Alright thank you. THere is another guy there and he is very nice and funny...the only problem its the manager. My coworker also said that she doesn't know why is he talking so much sh.it. If anything, he does less work than we do, he can see custoemrs right next to him but he expects us to take care of a million people at once. Its a big store and a lot of ppl go in and sometimes i am helping 2 to 3 ppl at once and looking for this and that. WHile i also do cashier... Sometimes he treats me good when he has a lot of customer but then he is as.s. A lot of customers told me that they didn't like him...

I think you should try and stick it too. Try to just concentrate on the good stuff like the money and the funny guy and you seem OK with your co worker. Try and ignore the idiot. Just think of the money and you know you are doing a good job so that's what counts.

I had a job once where on of the partners was a right idiot on a power trip. We had a work dinner once and his wife was a B*tch. It was obvious he was bossed around at home. He turned in to a mouse at that dinner and it made me realise how pathetic he was. With people like this you need to let them rant on and just do your best. If its starts to get to you then just try something like picturing him naked or wearing a silly hat. Anything to divert your attention from the moaning.

You are doing so well. Don't let him make you quit.

why not look for another job? And if you are able to find another job just leave this one. If you continue doing this job, you might end up being depressed or hurt, so if you are able to find another job (even a one which pays slightly less) just leave this one... my personal opinion

There is another alternative. Have you thought of joining a Union? They exist to give help and advice to workers and deal with things like bullying bosses. I don't know what the Union equivalent is for shopworkers is abroad but here in the UK it's USDAW and it's a bloody big union. There's strength in numbers. :D

I forgot to mention that he was like idk wtf he was saying because he speaks with a very thick accent, he said that he can give u the money and say byebye and get a new girl or guy. EVERYTHING its to me...and he was telling my coworker that she has to be like her mom...he knows her mom. I just can't take it anymore...this is like the second time he says shyt to me.

I mean, i'll be fukiin happy as hell if he fires me...I HATE HIM!!.

Creep_X finding another job its hard, i tried it a million times and i got this job thanks to a friend. I don't go out at all, only to school and work so going out to find a job...HARD!!. I am only going to work till July because i am traveling to the dominican republic and coming back in september. So i just need that little bit of money..i have 2 months left.

Believe me, and I know this from previous jobs, if you stick with it you are not doing yourself any favors. Yes, you need the money but you also do not need to waste your energy on this idiot. Look for something else and get out of there as soon as you can, you will feel much better if you do. Good luck!
