I've been prescribed anafranil for OCD and anxiety...beforehand i read the side effects and one that bothered me was sexual impotence in men. Well sure enough when i got on them it happend. I can have sex but I can't reach an orgasm and my sexual arousal has decreased...this is puting a horrible strain on me and im worried its going to affect our realtionship...does anyone have an answer? or has been through this? im wondering if I should just go back to having ocd and anxiety
