after taking zzzquil at 4:30pm and falling asleep at 10pm for three days in a row, i am happy to announce that it has been one year since i've felt this amazing in the morning. now i still get fatigue in the afternoon but i am so grateful that i feel good during the morning. this progress has motivated me to sleep early and stay away from junk food. i guess it's true : you never know a good thing til its gone.

congrats! I absolutely love sleep. I think insomina is way worse than any disease or disorder out there lol. Try a cup of cherry juice too, like an hour before you go to bed. It makes you release some kind of brain chemical that you normally release when your getting ready to fall asleep.

The best sleep I ever have is after a marathon or half marathon, when I am totally exhausted, and I know I can go to a place where I am safe from the world, and have the long rest that I deserve. I dream of what I have just achieved. That is bliss.

Sleep is great, especially when you're very tired, you can go to bed, and you don't have to get up for work the next morning. :)

To ensure the best quality sleep, refrain from junk food and wind down before bed. However, I'm sure you know all of this already, haha.

I don't like sleeping, in fact i almost hate it (almost as much as being awake, nowadays). The dreams are just too wierd, & they "spook" me, no matter how "tame" they are. Every night it's sleep->dream->wake->sleep->dream->wake->... several times. Way too many dreams, way too often.

I used to think of sleep as death. A time when I'm not there anymore and not using. Now I think I use it to flee my problems.
