im so depressed i dont even get out bed till like 2pm i just go for a bath and lie in ther for like 2 hours till the water is cold feeling depressed at my sht life.

Find something you love to do, some hobbies. Maybe you like to sing, or like music? Enjoy the time, enjoy life, you can virtually do anything you want to do (I'm guessing you have no other obligations such as work or school?). I wish I had free time like that. :(
It really helps to focus on something, because at the end of the day, you don't feel like you've wasted your day away. Instead, you DID something, and you feel a sense of accomplishment.

Even when you're depressed, you still need to eat regularly. It doesn't seem like you'd be getting a breakfast since you wake up so late.
I'm going through a fixation on staying in bed too, but lately I've been waking up earlier, and I can only guess and attribute that to me trying to balance my daily diet, getting more vitamin supplements in my system (not drugs, vitamins). I've been getting out of my house to go on long walks, and now more than a while ago, I feel like I'm using up and gaining energy from all of that exercise. It's not healthy to deprive yourself so much, but remember, even when you're in a schlump, life goes on, and that includes your own life as well.

i was supposed to go to work today but im on a 3rd warning now and face dispilary action which is great :/

and no i cant do anything cos im too damn nervous to go out anywhere, im hoping the doctor gives me something to make me better i would do anything.

I feel exactly the same way. I practically drag myself out of bed every morning, sometimes, I'm just lying in bed for more than half hour before I crawl up to get ready for work, and then I spend another 2 tedious hours getting ready to leave the house, and then get to work late because I woke up late in the first place and have to spend that freaking long getting ready. Its horrible, I really only like weekends when I can sleep till really late.

Well most people have to at least get out of bed to go to work. I'm not sure what arrangement you have though. But I hope you find something that makes you want to go forward.

I did the same thing today. I have days like these once in a while. It's really not kool.

Theres been days when ive been up all night and asleep all day. Makes you feel well lazy and yucky.

No more! Espesh not this summer. Im getting out and abooot! ;)

If I didn't have my job I would probably sleep in every day. Sleeping is one of the few things I enjoy doing these days.
