Sports and anxiety

I have recently undergone a goal to beat my anxiety. One of the things that came up was physical activity. I tried lifting weights, which bored me. Basketball which was hard on my lungs because I smoke. Finally I found a sport I really love. Today I tried archery, and I absolutely love it. I'm also a pretty decent shot for my first time. I'm joining an archery club, and on top of that I have been thinking of quitting smoking by late November, so if I do I might buy myself a bow and some arrows. When I did archery I was so focused I didn't even realize two hours past. I felt full of energy right after too and all in all felt amazing.
