For the past year or so I've been going to bed very very late. Sometimes I don't even get into my bed until 3 or 4am. Even if I have to get up early to go to school I still put off going to bed until about 2:30 or so. I watch tv or just sit at the computer, usually both. If I try going to bed early its impossible to sleep and I just go watch tv again.
When I don't have school i get up around noon. Every time I wake up I'd rather stay in bed and sleep but I get out of bed anyway because I feel like my day has been waisted if I sleep any longer (even though I don't do much it still feels waisted). When I finally get to sleep I usually wake up maybe 2 or 3 times a night but I fall back asleep none the less. Anyone else get what I'm saying? I don't think I have insomnia either... :? Maybe I just need one of them sleep number beds lol
