Supplements to reduce anxiety? (Example Gaba)

Title says it all. I was wondering what the best supplement was to help me relaxe. I herd Gaba REALLY helps but I was wondering if there was anything better? I also have Hyperhidrosis so it would really help with that too.

Something completely natural which helped me was poppy seeds. What you do is toast poppy seeds either in the oven or in a non stick pan (but don't burn them). Then before you go to bed add about a quarter teaspoon of the seeds to some warm milk and honey. Try it, and see if it works for you. If you feel too tired then reduce the amount of seeds you put in.
