I've tried nearly everything from prescription antipersperants to iontophoresis and SweatBlock wipes have cured my moderate palmar hyperhidrosis 100%.
I didn't really see much talk about it on this forum and this has been the only thing that has worked for me in any major way. Even when nervous, my hands stay 100% dry and they have not sweat AT ALL since it kicked in about 2 days after applying and reapplying with the same wipe the next night. I reapply every week or so before I go to bed and my palms that onced dripped with the slightest bit of pressure have not sweat a single drop.
It works so well that my hands sweat LESS than normal people and my hands are actually incapable of sweating! I sometimes have trouble picking up thin objects because I'm not used to my hands being so dry.
The antipersperant does dry out the webs of my fingers and palms so moisturization is important when using this, but my hands still don't sweat when moisturizer is applied.
