I am currently beating the c r a p out of my anxiety. I almost feel half normal

Like if SA took form in front of me, I'm doing big swinging round house kicks to its face.

I recently taught myself how to play a song on the guitar - learning by ear. Quite an achievement for a mediocre guitar player with limited knowledge of music theory.

Oh, and I can play the intro and verse to Xandu by Rush on the electric guitar.

Can we have a demo please Graeme? I would seriously love to see you play.
I could sit and listen/watch someone playing music for hours.

Sure...Ah've actually been considering this for awhile. But ah'll need to figure out how to use amp similator & recording software if I'm plugging my guitar into my laptop via a USB interface adaptor afore ah gie ye a demo. Am, sadly, no' that knowledgeable when comes to the recording side uh 'hings. But ah'll give youse a demo of ma shitty gee-tar playin' when ah get a decent setup worked out.

I've not really got a particular style or genre I prefer to play - well, not nowadays. Though, I don't know if I ever have, really?

I used to really like playing stuff by Metallica, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden when I was younger.
