courageous, not afraid to stand by their convictions, not afraid to have a different opinion and risk being unpopular.

^^Everybody, he's clearly talking about me, so don't waste your time wondering. We all know I'm the most awesome.

I'm just playing. I think that statement couldn't be farther then the truth.::p:

The kinda people I like most are......

People who are kind, understanding, and accepting of different people and behaviors. Someone who stands up when someone needs help and doesn't just cower away in the crowd like most. Somebody with compassion and love for other people....Someone who would try and be friends with everyone and make them feel special and wanted. That's someone I would really admire.

I am drawn to people who are friendly, warm, considerate and kind. I also like people who are confident enough to show inclusivity to everyone and to take notice of those who dont seem to 'fit in' particualrly well. I admire people who are thoughtful and look past their initial reactions and take their time with understanding the world around them.

There are lots of traits I like. A sense of humour always goes down well. Tolerance, intelligence and easy conversation is also enjoyable.

Usually people with good senses of humour. As miserable as I may be at times, I always laugh at everything, Im usually the one running out of air from being the only one laughing at a horrible joke or one no one gets. Its funny because my best friend comes up with these crazy deep jokes with some sort of science background and no one, literally no one but me gets it and he's always like, Ha I knew you'd be the one to get it!! I guess thats why he's my best friend. Another quality would just be someone being very easy going. I don't plan things, I do whatever, whenever. And mostly musical types and that covers many people, not just musicians, actually I find it hard to get along with most musicians, they're very egotistic I find. I tend to get along with the fans, the music lovers. One of my really good friends has no musical talent at all whatsoever but me and her connect so well through music its insane. She knows exactly what songs I'll like and vice versa. Also loyalty is good. Like I don't have many friends but I have a select few but they're really close friends and trustworthy and will always stand up for me and I am grateful for that. Just people I can actually talk to without having to put up heavy barriers. Talking about interesting things like changing the world or new sources of energy. I like talking about new ideas, Im really good at it. People are usually like, whoa how do you come up with that? Im NUTS. oh yeah thats another quality I like, being CrAzY!!!! see how I did that?? Wrote the word crazy in a crazy way!!!!

I like that trait too. Sensitive to loners I guess you mean.

Neutral. I can handle neutrality. Like and dislike are harder to handle. Like is good, but there are expectations that I fear I will fail. Dislike makes me uncomfortable, I feel like I have no voice, and sometimes avoidance is not possible.

When I was in high school, and even primary school, I would try to make friends with all the new kids in school. I guess they didn't see me as the unpopular kid so that meant I was at an advantage. I tried to be nice like that but niceness gets you nowhere in school.

In year 5 or 6 of primary school there was a new kid. Leroy Brown; for some reason I will never forget his name. He put glue on my chair, stole my pencils, called me names, and made my life a living hell. I guess I couldn't make friends with him and that upset me at the time. I hated him.

But yeah, I was - and still am - more aware of the quieter contributors to a group. Whether I approach them or not is another issue but I am more aware these days.

Aww, I have no idea why someone would want to pick on someone as nice as you. You seem like you were a really good kid. I can't believe how cruel kids can be. I don't understand what happens to the brain at that age that rationalizes that kind of behavior.

Thanks. :) It doesn't matter now. We were all about 11 or 12 years old and nobody knew any better. My lack of confidence back then showed just as much as it does now. If only someone picked up on it....

I don’t like pretentious people I understand you have to keep the peace in certain circumstances otherwise we all would be at each other’s throats and living in chaos, but you shouldn’t befriend a person when deep down you can’t stand the person. Insecure people not all of course but the ones that want to bring you down because they are feeling bad reminds me of how a bully would behave.

I like people that don’t make assumptions about people, and try to see the good in people. Kind nature d people.

...a little weird, maybe a little off, eccentrics but not jerks. People who don't try to make me feel bad, or put me down so they can make themselves feel better, and they don't do this to other people either (I seem to come across many people like that: bullies suck.). I like those with a sense of humor, who don't take themselves so seriously, as that will remind me not to take myself so seriously either. I like honest, genuine people. Humility is a trait I also admire; I can't stand people who gloat. I also tend to like people who talk to me; it makes me feel liked and I like feeling liked, haha...

I like people who can get my weird sense of humor!! I love laughing and cannot stand to be around somebody who has absolute no sense of humor and gets offended at everything. They don't take themselves too seriously and are laid-back.

I get offended at everything and I take myself VERY VERY VERY seriously so your post has hurt me deeply......;)
How's that for a weird sense of humour?
