- Positive thoughts get positive results. Your mind is like a computer; what you put into it is what will come out in your thoughts, and your thinking process reflects your perspective on life.
An example would be the effects to a child. If this child grew up hearing over and over that she is loved and she is smart, then she will have a positive perspective and will most likely exceed.
But if you take that same child and growing up she hears that she is worthless and she will never amount to anything, then she will most likely have a low self-esteem and she will have a negative perspective.
You can change your thoughts to a more positive perspective thus changing your life to a more positive life and better habits.
It takes 30 days to create a new habit. If you will read these affirmations daily for 30 days you will start to notice a positive change in your life.
