things to overcome typical holiday boredom

While reading a post about the way people spend their day, I realised that many people with SA are spending their day mostly with internet, pc, tv, reading, eating and sleeping at very irregular times... which is basically the routine that makes me fall into a depression every holiday again. So I thought it would maybe be a good idea if we shared our ways to overcome this boredom...
I'll start:
I go to the library- read about topics that interest me
I try to find a job-(I try to find a job in school year so that I can work in holiday)
I set goals to overcome SA
I read books/magazines
I play/make music (sometimes that's computer-involved)
I practice my hockey skills
very rarely, I go to the cinema/party/... with some friends...
=> now it's your turn, help me and maybe others overcome their boredom. :)

I agree with most of those. I also like to write (being on holiday takes away the pressure of deadlines), exercise, and listen to music (especially classical music, since I wouldn't normally have time to spend 3 hours listening to an opera lol).
