Chatting in the chat room

Lets all have a chat in the Socialphobia chat room...just click on CHAT then click on the very top bit where the Socialphobia chat room is click on LETS CHAT!


There will be someone in there at 8:00pm on Saturdays (UK time)
2:00pm (US time)

Come join us :)

If you do not want to join us let us know why. We do understand if it may be a little too much for some SP members. Though, you do have to face your fear and start somewhere. Start by chatting with us a little at a time. One day you may just enter and leave, and the next you can type hi and leave. It is up to you. But you do have to face your fears because running from them will only feed the problem and encourage it more.

Its about time that we thought of making a chatting DATE.

Theres no better way to 'interact' with other SPers.

So I can actually INTERACT with people!! :lol:

( sorry but I get a bit to excited sumtimes :oops: :(

Is this a regular thing every saturday? I've never been in a chat room so I could use the experience with people I kind of know or at least won't hate me if I don't say much.
