What works for you?

I'm on 150mg extended release Effexor, and .5mgs of lorazepam (ativan) twice daily (all other benzos i.e. xanax, klonopin actually make me more panicy)

I'm currently on citalopram but that was just prescribed by my gp who seems not so confident with all of this. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a week to sort out meds. I don't feel like this is doing much. Maybe even making anxiety worse. I wish there was a way to find out exact meds for you haha

I'm on Citalopram and it works well. I can do a lot more now. The nervousness is pretty much just all in my head. My body doesn't show it anymore.
