So I'm getting ready to purchase a iontophoresis unit and I'm stuck on what I should get. The Fischer MD1-a is made in America and looks easy to use while the Idromed is made in Europe and does have an 8 week money back guarantee but I'm afraid it won't work in the U.S. What unit do you think is best?
