That was very interesting :) I'm not one to suffer from many panic attacks, but when I do have them I do dwell on the why. I always think "Why now?", "Why can't I just relax?", "Why do I have to be like this?", etc. Actually this year, I've suffered more panic attacks than I have in the past. :/ My SA has been slowly getting worse this year, as I'm also avoiding social situations even more.
