i have been 'studying' the way that my brain works and how i correspond to specific situations.Over the years i have realised that the only way to beat this life-wasting thing called OCD is simple: just don`t care about anything.I am sick and tired of analyzing and being afraid of anything!If something is meant to happen it will happen and no one can stop it.We have to stop wasting our lives and diminishing the quality of our lifestyle.Do you know who`s in charge of your body and mind?YOU!Just by getting unwanted thoughts about suicide or anything like that it doesn`t mean that you will do such a thing.From this day on i refuse to participate in my own minds game and i suggest you people do the same.
