panic attacs before occuring ocd

Writing some details about my case,i would like to put some facts in a timetable.At first panic attacs happening to me,feeling that i m going "crazy",or having a stroke.After 2 to 3 months obssesions taking place and consume my thoughts every day,but compulsive behaviour never appeared.So,i m interested to know the persentage of people inside this forum,who had experienced generalised anxiety disorder,before ocd symptoms.Thanks a lot.

dude i had panic attacks four years before i had OCD, so ur not the only one, i had really bad panic attacks, i was afraid of getting a heart attack too and other stuff, hope u feel better

... Once when i was in highschool, my heart was racing and i thought i was having a heart attack and i swear i could feel my left arm going numb, i was rushed to the hospital, and they couldn't find anything wrong with me and my family didn't believe that i felt like i did....
is that a panic attack? because i guess i had one about 4 years before my serious OCD eppisodes.
