i thought i read somewere with this new gallery you can put photos up whenever you want ... um ... thats no the case with me .. it says i have to wait for approval

Yeh thats what it says when i do it. I'm not sure how to delete images either...and to think I did a course in web design!...lol

If you want put/delete photos whenever you want you need to use the "admin mode" and create your own album.
