Hi there, when I was feeling suicidal and had feelings of self-harm, I didn't really know who to talk to, so I e-mailed Samaritans at [email protected]

There reply within 24 hours, and I got some helpful and positive feedback and replies, so thought I'd tell you lot xxx

They have nothing useful to say to me, unless they're keeping the magic cure for SA handy.

I was going to write them once, but it occured to me...if im suicidial and its going to take that long to reply (less than 24 hours or not), then i'd probably be dead or at least critically injured before they could help me. Its a great idea for those less impulse than myself though.
