Update on my hyperhydrosis.

I realised, when I was 13 my hands sweated a lot. And I mean a lot. I tried Robinul, and ionto which didn't work for me and the Robinul made me too dry and caused headaches etc. Now I am 16 - and granted my hands do still sweat but about at 20 percent of the rate they did. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you have hyperhydrosis of the hands in your teens, like I did; then there's a chance that it could just be your age. I think focusing on your sweaty area makes it sweat more also.

For the most part it will probable never go away. I've have HH since at least age 5 and now I'm 50+. Focusing on sweating does make us sweat more do to the constant fight and flight mechanism thats gone haywire.
