When and how often do you take your gycopyrrolate pills? Does anyone here wait one hour before a meal or two hours after?
I usually take one at 5:15am.
Eat @ 5:50am.
Take another one at 8:00am.
Then don't eat in 'till 9:00am.

Taking glyco

Hi cm!

I missed your first post. I've been on glycopyrrolate for over a year.
My pills are 2mg. , and I take them as soon as I wake up--usually try to wait at least 1/2 hour--usually more before eating. (Boring, but if I spend a little time on the computer and then fiddle around making coffee, etc., the time seems to go.)

I take 2 pills if it's a day of ordinary activity, 3 if I go to exercise class or it's really hot and humid.

I think the waiting means your system absorbs the med better.

Avert (my brand of glyco) has made a huge difference in my life--hope it's helping you.

Robinul and avert are both brandnames...

The name of the medication itself (the working substance) is glycopyrrolate...

So both Avert and Robinul should be the same...they are both glyco.
