In the past I met a lot of foreign people in this website, perhaps it would be a good way for you to find a friend abroad or perhaps even more than that, I know some very successful cases I even was one of those.

In the beginning it might take some time to meet people.

unfortunately like any website it does have some fake profiles and people begging for whatever currency you use.
